Small-Group Personal Training Classes + 1-on-1 Personal Training

Shannon joined our Small Group Personal Training program a few months ago and has seen amazing results. These classes have a maximum of 6 people to 1 coach, allowing for a VERY individualized training approach. Not only did she BURN 13 pounds of body fat & Decrease 15 total body inches, but she also has more energy, is much stronger, and feels safe working out despite some knee issues.

Our Small-Group Personal Training classes are made to challenge every client in their own way. We guide clients from the beginning warm-up to the post-workout cooldown. Our workout programs are designed to melt away fat, build lean muscle and skyrocket your metabolism to continue to burn pounds even after your training session. During Maximize Potential's small group setting, you will learn proper weight lifting mechanics and recovery methods to keep you strong and safe for years to come.

Programmed strength program focusing on melting fat, building lean muscle, and improving overall strength.

MOBILITY TRAINING

Increase flexibility, mobility and alleviate pain with our structured mobility training during each small-group training session.

NUTRITION AND RECOVERY

Transition Program

ATHLETES AGE 11-12

(60 MINUTE CLASS)

Our Transition Program is designed to take advantage of the growth spurt and natural biological changes of an athlete’s body. The main focus of this stage in training is to improve the athlete's ability to change direction, accelerate, and produce power. We work on extensively developing flexibility to combat physical growth issues, as well as enhancing speed, strength, power, agility & stamina. Athletes will come away from this program with improved athleticism and a positive attitude toward training as they get older.

SPEED TRAINING

Structured speed training program that combines 6 different modalities of movement to enhance the overall athleticism of every individual.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Foundation strength training program designed to educate an athlete on proper training technique, develop full body strength and reduce injury.

Jump Start Program

ATHLETES AGES 8-10

(45 MINUTE CLASS)

Our Jump Start Program is for athletes ages 7-10. It includes age and developmentally appropriate exercises that will help them feel encouraged and excited to keep coming back. We lay the foundation for proper form and healthy habits that will follow them throughout their lives. From extensive chats about safety to in-depth learning about athlete nutrition, we set them up for success. You don’t need us to tell you that athletic activity is good for children. While we want them to have fun, we also want them to know how to do it safely and enjoyably. As a result, we set up our classes to be fun, challenging, and educational.

Athlete Speed School

ATHLETES AGES 10

(45 MINUTE CLASS)

Maximize Potential's Speed School focuses on all facets of athletic development: first step quickness, lateral power, vertical power production, coordination, agility and footwork. This fast pace class will drastically improve an athlete's overall skill and speed. This is a great entry class for any athlete that is interested in our Sports Performance Program

SPEED TRAINING

POWER PRODUCTION

Improving jumping and landing mechanics will allow an athlete to produce and absorb power and stress put on the body during sport.

INJURY PREVENTION
